Your shuttle
Premier Taxis Salisbury drives every shuttle on this journey, in a white Vauxhall Vivaro with 8 seats. The fare is for the whole vehicle and is shared between everyone on it.
Bikes can’t be taken in the shuttle. If you came by train with a bike, Salisbury station has cycle parking for over 100 bikes, some of it sheltered.
If your train is late
Use the Message button on your trip page to tell the others sharing. More than 2 hours before pickup, you can change to another shuttle for free. Within 2 hours, including when your train is late, your seat is paid for. If you miss your shuttle, you can hop on a later shuttle with free seats at no extra cost; if no later shuttle has free seats, you book a new one at the normal price.
When you arrive in Avebury
The stones are free to visit, from dawn to dusk. Visitor Reception is in the Great Barn in the Old Farmyard, a short walk from the Red Lion, with toilets, baby changing, Circles Café and the shop nearby.
The National Trust runs guided tours of the stone circle, which last about an hour. Check what’s on at Visitor Reception.
Book the way back with your trip there, or on its own. We pick you up outside the Red Lion and drop you at the drop off point near the main entrance of Salisbury train station.
Run by Premier Taxis Salisbury, licensed by Wiltshire Council. Fixed price, no surprises.
