Share a shuttle and everyone in it pays an equal share of the fare: £7.50 each for 2 people, £5.00 each for 3, down to £1.88 each for 8. Each booking adds a £1.75 booking fee. Your group never pays more than £9.25 for 1 person, £11.75 for 2 or £13.00 for 3, booking fee included. A private shuttle is £16.75 for up to 8 people. That is all you pay.

Same direction, same day, and the same pickup time. Never more than 8 people in a vehicle.

Nobody joins? Full refund, unless you choose to go private. If nobody has joined you 2 hours before pickup, it doesn’t run and you pay nothing. Your hold is released in full and we email to let you know. If you’d rather keep it as the whole vehicle, tick “I’d rather go private if nobody joins”: your shuttle then goes ahead as a private one and you pay the difference, so £16.75 for the whole vehicle in total. You can change your mind on your trip page until 2 hours before pickup.

Yes. Up to 30 minutes before pickup you can still start a shared shuttle. We hold the whole vehicle price, and your shuttle always runs. Anyone who joins before 30 minutes before pickup lowers your price, and we refund the difference. Because it always runs, it can’t be cancelled once booked.

A shared shuttle is free to cancel from your trip page until 2 hours before pickup, whether you started it or joined it, and the hold on your card is released in full. Everyone else’s price goes back up, but never above what they were first held at. After that it’s non refundable, because the final price is set then. If you miss your shuttle, you can hop on a later one that day with free seats at no extra cost. A private shuttle is free to cancel up to 24 hours before pickup. If nobody joins, the shuttle can’t run, or we or the firm cancel, you get every penny back.

More than 2 hours before pickup you can change to another shuttle for free from your trip page, and everyone on both shuttles is told their new price. Within 2 hours, including if your train is late, your seat is paid for. If you miss your shuttle, you can hop on a later shuttle that day with free seats at no extra cost, and you don’t change its price for anyone. If no later shuttle has free seats, you book a new one at the normal price.

At Salisbury station we meet you at the drop off point near the main entrance of Salisbury train station. At Old Sarum castle we meet you in the English Heritage car park. Your trip page shows the driver, the car, the number plate and how many minutes away they are.

We don’t provide child seats, please bring your own.

Yes. It goes in the boot, so tell us when you book and the driver will know.

Sorry, bikes can’t be taken in the shuttle. Folding wheelchairs and pushchairs are fine: tell us when you book.

Your first name, how many are in your group, and your photo only if you choose to show it. Never your surname, phone number or email.

No. Your trip link comes by text and email, and Find a booking opens it with your email and booking reference.

We show it only when we have actually checked that person’s ID. Otherwise it isn’t shown.

We use them to run your trip and send them to the licensed firm doing it. We never sell your data.

Tell us, and you can also complain to Wiltshire Council, which licenses every driver, vehicle and operator.
