From Salisbury station

Leave the station by the main entrance on South Western Road. Your shuttle waits at the drop off point near the main entrance of Salisbury train station and takes you to the main entrance of MoD Boscombe Down, about 15 minutes away.
Your shuttle is a licensed private hire car run by Premier Taxis Salisbury.

Step by step

1
Before you travel. If you’re visiting, arrange access with your host, and tell them which train you’re on.
2
Off the train. Follow the signs for the main entrance, on South Western Road.
3
Find the drop off point. It’s the drop off point near the main entrance of Salisbury train station, and your driver meets you there. Your trip page shows the car, the number plate and how far away it is.
4
The drive north. About 15 minutes to Boscombe Down, with no changes on the way.
5
Out at the main entrance. This is as far as we go. Your host takes it from there.

Timing it with your train

Leave a little time between your train and your pickup, and more if you’re expected at a set time.
If you’re arriving for a meeting, a private shuttle means your time is fixed at £36.75, however many of you there are.

If your train is late

More than 2 hours before pickup, you can change to another shuttle for free. Within 2 hours, including when your train is late, your seat is paid for. If you miss your shuttle, you can hop on a later shuttle with free seats at no extra cost; if no later shuttle has free seats, you book a new one at the normal price.

Going home

Book the way back as well: from the main entrance to the station, about 15 minutes. If your finish time isn’t fixed, book it later on the day, at least 30 minutes ahead.
