The drop off point near the main entrance of Salisbury train station. Follow the signs for the main entrance, on South Western Road. Your driver meets you there, and your trip page shows the vehicle, its number plate and how far away it is.
That spot isn’t the taxi rank. The rank outside the station is for hackney carriages you walk up to, paid by the meter. Ours is booked ahead at a price you know before you travel.

Nobody joins? Full refund, unless you choose to go private. If nobody has joined you 2 hours before pickup, it doesn’t run and you pay nothing. Your hold is released in full and we email to let you know. If you’d rather keep it as the whole vehicle, tick “I’d rather go private if nobody joins”: your shuttle then goes ahead as a private one and you pay the difference, so £16.75 for the whole vehicle in total. You can change your mind on your trip page until 2 hours before pickup.

Choose Shared shuttle. Pick the day and a pickup time, or join a shuttle that’s already going.

We hold your price. We hold the price you chose on your card. Nothing is taken yet, and your final price can only be the same or lower.

Others join your shuttle. People heading your way the same day, up to 8 in the vehicle, in groups of any size. We email you each time someone joins.

Your price drops as people join. Everyone pays an equal share of the fare, plus one booking fee per booking (from £3.63 each). 2 hours before pickup we take your final price and release the rest of the hold.

The taxi rank
Good if you haven’t planned ahead. You pay by the meter, for the whole taxi, whoever you’re with.
A private shuttle
The whole vehicle for up to 8 people, at a fixed price agreed when you book. Run by Premier Taxis Salisbury, licensed by Wiltshire Council.
A shared shuttle
The same vehicle and driver, shared with others heading the same way. Everyone pays an equal share of the fare, so the price drops as people join.

It depends where you’re going. Our shuttles start from £3.63 each when shared, and every journey’s price is listed on this page. Every price includes the booking fee.

Yes. Up to 30 minutes before pickup you can still start a shared shuttle. We hold the whole vehicle price, and your shuttle always runs. Anyone who joins before 30 minutes before pickup lowers your price, and we refund the difference. Because it always runs, it can’t be cancelled once booked.
A shared shuttle is free to cancel from your trip page until 2 hours before pickup, whether you started it or joined it, and the hold on your card is released in full. Everyone else’s price goes back up, but never above what they were first held at. After that it’s non refundable, because the final price is set then. If you miss your shuttle, you can hop on a later one that day with free seats at no extra cost. A private shuttle is free to cancel up to 24 hours before pickup. If nobody joins, the shuttle can’t run, or we or the firm cancel, you get every penny back.
